Last year was the first year in a long time that I actually made new year’s resolutions, and even with the ups and downs of 2020 I am proud to say that I managed to reach some of my goals. For 2021 I have kept my list of resolutions short as I don’t want to pressure myself too much and I want to be realistic.
These are my new year’s resolutions for 2021:
Lose weight. As I have mentioned earlier I gained a lot of weight when I was living in Paris, I have tried to lose weight, but with the gyms opening/closing in 2020 it was a struggle to keep up my workout routine. The past weeks I have fallen into a great routine of eating good and working out a minimum of 4 days per week, so we are off to a great start!
Keep reading. Last year one of my resolutions was to start reading again, and I read 7 books. Now reading is a part of my night routine, and I absolutely love having a great book to end the day with!
Save money. Living at home have made me be more reckless with my money, and this is something I absolutely need to change. I want and need to save money, especially with being a student without a job. I have already given myself a strict talk about not buying unnecessary items, so we will see how this goes!
Grow my community and post consistently. The end of last year I started posting consistently on Instagram and just by being consistent and posting quality content I gained over 200 followers. I want to keep being consistent here on my blog and Instagram, and grow my community here with you!
