Hi there π£
In Norway, it is currently Easter Break, and I am enjoying every second of it! It is so good to relax and to wake up in the morning knowing I can do whatever I want with my day. The last couple of months have been so hectic, so to have a full week for myself is really a luxury.
The past year I and my family have discussed going into the woods and have a campfire – and on Tuesday we finally did it! The timing was perfect as my gym has an Orienteering route in the woods going on during Easter. The route was a bit short, but by the end of it we were all so hungry so we didn’t really mind π

We have had the best weather this week, and on Tuesday it was absolutely beautiful and wonderful 15 degrees! We soaked in the sun and enjoyed our hot dogs, coffee, hot chocolate, and “pinnebrΓΈd” (twist bread) by the fire. “PinnebrΓΈd” is a dough we burn on the fire, easy to make, and tastes so good! You can also make them on the stove. It was great that we finally did this and great timing as it will soon be a campfire ban all over Norway.
I will continue to enjoy the last two days of my Easter Break, I hope you will too π€π£
Do you have any special plans for Easter Break?
x Alex
